I wanted to watch TV on my PC and did some research and this is what I found. There are essentially two ways to do it. One way is to buy a PCTV device and the other is the use of satellite TV software. I run through what are the pros and cons of going either.

Easy installation.

A PCTV device can come either as a PCI or USB. Personally I prefer the USB version because I do not really like opening my PC and then in my confusionTable. In addition, the USB version for both desktop and notebook computers, making it even more versatile use.

To watch TV on my satellite TV for PC software is even easier. All you have to do is use the software (I did pay extra for) to download and install. Then I get access to thousands of channels at once. No hardware and no hassle. My preferred choice.

Portability.

This is true if you work on a laptop. When I watch TV onmy PC or laptop with a PCTV device, the TV I carry the device wherever I go to enjoy live. Despite having a satellite TV software, there's nothing to pull out my laptop. Sweet. Even with the software minimizes the chances of me losing the device.

Cost and value.

Why do I say cost and the value is: You acknowledge that certain things that we now take longer and will give us much better quality, but cost a bit 'more than the alternatives. In this case, theProduct gives us value, with an investment of a little more.

However, this does not really apply to your device software PCTV and satellite TV. To watch TV on my PC with PCTV device is just behind me a hundred dollars, while a good software, the channel has more than 3000 non- costs more than $ 50. The costs are lower, but still provides more value. Interesting.

The beauty of both solutions is the fact that you are an investment of time. You pay for itonce, and that's all you ever need. Much better than the monthly cable TV subscription, if you ask me.
